What is frozen kefir?
Frozen kefir is made from kefir — a fermented, cultured dairy drink teeming with live cultures. Strained and frozen, it becomes a creamy, tangy dessert that's lighter than ice cream.
It carries the clean, fresh tang of real fermentation, a naturally lower level of lactose, and — in our recipe — no added sugar at all.
No added sugar. Just fermented flavour.
Most frozen desserts lean on sugar. Ours doesn't. Snowfall's frozen kefir is sweetened naturally with stevia and erythritol — not sugar — so you get the fresh, tangy character of real kefir without the added sugar.
Frozen kefir is a dairy product and naturally contains a small amount of milk sugars. “No added sugar” means no sugars or sweetening foods are added — sweetness comes from stevia and erythritol.
